Hounslow Care Leavers
Hounslow’s Leaving Care Service are in touch with over 300 young people aged 18-25 who were formerly in care to LB Hounslow. These young adults now live in the community and many do not have networks to give them the wrap around support that all of us need. There are also a significant number who are asylum seekers, quite new to living in Hounslow and without any family links in the UK.

We are giving Christmas presents to our young people and are requesting any store vouchers. You can buy a Sainbury’s voucher here and email it directly to us.
